Baxters Ltd. is owned and operated by Brian Stollmeyer with the help of two assistants, Ida Ali and Lester Lewis. Whilst Brian handles all the necessary arrangements for incoming tours (accommodation, fixtures, local transport, etc,), Ida ensures that everything is in place for each tour and Lester is ever present "on the ground" to help during the visitors' stay in Trinidad & Tobago.

The company had been handling visiting sports teams on an unofficial basis for many years, but was not until 2000 that we began to concentrate its main focus on sports tourism. Brian holds a B.A. Hons. Degree in English from Stirling University in Scotland and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Sheffield in England.
In addition to having spent seven years in the U.K., Brian lived in Montreal, Canada for one year and has travelled extensively throughout North and South America and Europe. He was the Hon. Secretary of the Trinidad & Tobago Rugby Union and then served as its President until April 2000. He continues to hold the position of Vice President of the West Indies Rugby Union. With family roots firmly embedded in cricket, (father and uncle played for Trinidad & Tobago and West Indies, father was captain of both and President of the West Indies Board,) Brian played for his school and universities in the U.K, and was a committee member at the Queen's Park Cricket Club - owners of the famed "Oval" test ground in Trinidad - for five years in the 1990s. Three years on the Board of the National Stadium around the same time has put him in close contact with all of the National Sporting Bodies, so arranging suitable fixtures for visiting teams is no problem!
