Exhibition Floor Plan & Deadlines        :: Floor Plan ::
  • A non-refundable downpayment of 25% of the total cost (including VAT) of the exhibition space chosen is required upon completion of the Exhibition Space Request form.
  • An official numbered receipt and a statement showing the balance due will be issued as soon as possible after the down payment has been received.
  • Settlement of the balance due must be completed by Friday 29th August, failing which Premier Events Caribbean Limited reserves the right to retain the down payment and re-allocate the space chosen.
  • Payments may be effected by cheque to Premier Events Caribbean Limited and mailed to P.O. Box 3057, St. James, or delivered by hand to 4 Taylor Street, Woodbrook. Credit Card (VISA and Mastercard only) payments will also be accepted via the Auto Ex 2003 website, www.eventscaribbean.org or through the office telephone (868) 673-6166. (Please note that credit card payments will be transacted on behalf of Premier Events Caribbean Ltd. by Baxters Ltd.).
  • A full refund of all payments received will be made by Premier Events Caribbean Limited if AutoEx 2003 is cancelled. However, the organizers reserve the right to postpone the event until the end of 2003 if necessary, prior to cancellation becoming mandatory.
  • AutoEx sponsors /partners will be given first choice of exhibition space location.
  • Exhibitors' staff members will be allowed to enter the Exhibition Hall one hour prior to the published opening time.
