AUTOEX 2003 : ADVERTISING SPECIALS

EXHIBITORS CAN BENEFIT FROM SPECIAL OFFERS ON ADVERTISING BEFORE AND DURING AUTOEX 2003, AS FOLLOWS :

1.    Trinidad Guardian Newspaper

Ø    50% off the regular rate : $11.70 + VAT (instead of $23.35 + VAT) per column cm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays for advertisements 25 cm x 5 columns or smaller.

Ø    35% off the regular rate : $15.00 + VAT (instead of $23.35 + VAT) per column cm on Sundays for advertisements 25 cm x 5 columns or smaller.

Ø    50% off the regular rate for colour on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.

2.    AutoEx 2003 Handbook & Sunday Guardian Supplement

Ø    35% off the regular rate : $15.00 + VAT (instead of $23.35 + VAT) per column cm for advertisements 25 cm x 5 columns or smaller.

Ø    50% off the regular rate for colour.

Ø   Handbook/Supplement will form part of the Sunday Guardian on 24th August and each visitor to AutoEx 2003 will receive a free copy at the entrance.

3.    TBC Radio Stations 95FM, 105FM, 106FM & 730AM

Ø   30% off the regular rate : $395 + VAT (instead of $575 + VAT) for a 30-second spot during Drive Time and  $325 + VAT (instead of $475 + VAT) during Non-Drive Time.

Ø   Ten 10-second promos followed by a 3-minute live report (which includes one 30-second commercial) on Radio 95.1’s The Best Mix during AutoEx 2003 at $400 + VAT per report.

4.    Medianet Information Screens

Ø   Special rate of $20 + VAT per minute (or part thereof) for advertising on two 7 foot screens erected at the centre of the Exhibition Hall.

5.    Exhibition Hall & Auditorium Signage

Ø    $10 + VAT per square foot for Exhibitors.

Ø    $40 + VAT per square foot for Non-Exhibitors.

6.    Stilt Walkers

Ø    $500 + vat per 2 hours, inclusive of handler.

7.    Costumed Characters

Ø    $250 + VAT each per hour.

8.    Beauty Pageant Sashes
