ADVERTISING & PROMOTION |
- Television flip card advertisements at prime time before and
during the exhibition.
- Press advertisements each day in the daily newspapers from
Monday 1st September to Sunday 14th September.
- Radio slots at appropriate times before and during exhibition.
- Complimentary AutoEx 2003 identification badges will be provided
to all reputable media personnel.
- 100 AutoEx 2003 envelope and / or letterhead stickers and 4
bumper stickers per 100 square feet of exhibition space allocated
will be given to each exhibitor to maximize exposure.
- AutoEx 2003 posters will be prominently displayed at all automobile-related
and general business outlets willing to do so.
- An advertisement containing attendance incentives will be mailed
directly to the manager of every business listed in bold print
in the local telephone directory (approx. 6,000).
- The AutoEx Handbook containing information on each exhibitor
will be published in the Sunday newspapers on 7th September 2003
and a copy will be given to every visitor to the Exhibition.
- Previews of Exhibitors' Beauty Pageant contestants will be
made available to the media prior to the event.
- Exhibitors will have access to the on-site Media Centre at
all times during the exhibition.
- Opening Ceremony & Cocktail Party 7:00pm - 9:00pm on Thursday
11th September.
- Full-page advertisements in popular local magazines and newsletters
e.g. QPCC's "Parkite", Chamber's "Contact",
BWIA's "BWEE Beat", Amcham's "Linkages", CAIC's
"Caribbean Investor", etc.
